All love of any other kind is quickly evanescent. In the highest love, union is only of the spirit.In hurting anyone, you hurt yourself, in loving anyone, you love yourself.In hurting any one I am hurting myself, in loving any one I am loving myself.If one would expand, he must love, and when he ceases to love he dies.Human love is seen to flourish only in places where it is returned where love is not returned for love, cold indifference is the natural result.Good results can be produced only through love, through sympathy.Every step that has been really gained in the world has been gained by love.Every act of love brings happiness there is no act of love which does not bring peace and blessedness as its reaction.Do not make the mistake of giving the heart to anything that is changing, because that is misery.If you love, that love will come back to you, completing the circle. When you tune in to that flow, you will feel it in your own heart-not your physical heart or your emotional heart, but your spiritual heart, the place you point to in your chest when you say, "I am." It’s like the subatomic texture of the universe, the dark matter that connects everything. This love is actually part of you it is always flowing through you. You feel as though you are dissolving into love. Imagine that being in this love is like relaxing endlessly into a warm bath that surrounds and supports your every movement, so that every thought and feeling is permeated by it.
No one can take this love away from you, and it will always be here. Your shortcomings, your lack of self-esteem, physical perfection, or social and economic success- none of that matters. You don’t have to do anything to earn it. You are loved just for being who you are, just for existing. This lover doesn’t need anything from you, isn’t looking for personal gratification, and only wants your complete fulfillment. You’re being loved even more than your mother loved you when you were an infant, more than you were ever loved by your father, your child, or your most intimate lover-anyone.
